Remote Phosphor Technology for White LED
Abstract：The new remote phosphor technology can effectively improve the shortcomings of current packaging process,such as emitting unevenly,color temperature drift,phosphor decay resulted from chip heating.This technique can be widely applied to the COB package,high power LED and SMD type LED package,or directly used in the manufacture of lighting products.It is an innovation in the white light LED manufacturing.In this experiment,the remote phosphor technology is used to prepare a white LED with COB integrated packaging.The result shows high consistency in light color and indicates that the luminous efficiency can reach 100 lm/W.It has a broad market prospect.
