Feasibility Analysis of Applying Electrodeless Lamp on Rail Transit Lighting System
Abstract：Lighting system is an important part of rail transit,and also the main consumer of electricity.So it has great significance to explore the energy-saving methods for rail transit lighting system.Electrodeless lamp is a new kind of light source,which features long lifetime,high luminous efficacy and low lumen depreciation,whose market share is keep growing.This article describes the current development of station lighting,locomotive headlight and coach interior lighting and discusses the advantages and the disadvantages of applying electrodeless lamp on rail transit lighting system.
