Research on the Test of Capacitive Leakage Current of A. C. Supplied Electronic Ballasts for Fluorescent Lamps
Abstract：This paper mainly analyzes the testing method and requirement of leakage current according to the standard GB 19510.4 -2009, and defines the testing condition, requirement of equipment, operating method and the selection of the limits for the frequency not defined. Also, the judgment, whether the measured results of capacitive leakage current comply with the requirement of the standard or not, is clarified by examples, which can give instructions and references for the manufacturers using the standard.
