Progress of the Research on Silicate Red Phosphors for LED
Abstract：The current mainstream white LED products feature lower color rendering index and higher color temperature,which restrict their development in indoor lighting and other lighting fields.However,the red emitting phosphor will greatly improve the color rending index and the color temperature of white LED.The development of red silicate phosphors is summarized.The red silicate luminous powder,which has good chemical stability and thermal stability,wide excitation spectrum,strong emission peak and other advantages,holds the important status in LED phosphor.
