Discussion on High-power LED Lighting Technology
Abstract：Based on the analysis of the current situation of high-power LED lighting technology, ＂CMOS chip-A1 substrate-heat sink＂ three-tier structure model, a new route of high-power LED lighting technology, ＂ CMOS chip - radiator＂ two-tier structure model, is proposed. Through the analysis of the new model＇ s advantages, the development trend of high-power LED lighting technology is presented.
