Common Diagnostic Methods and Advances in Pulmonary Candidiasis
Abstract:Candida is one of the main pathogenic fungi causing human fungal infections. Pulmonary infection caused by Candida is called pulmonary candidiasis. Pulmonary candidiasis often occurs in people with weakened immune function, and the diagnosis of pulmonary candidiasis remains very difficult at present. This article aims to discuss traditional microbiological and latest molecular biological detection methods for diagnosing pulmonary candidiasis in clinical practice, and to explore new methods and advances in the diagnosis of pulmonary candidiasis.
