Abstract:Objective To analyze the risk factors of invasive pulmonary fungal infection secondary to diabetes. Methods We selected 150 patients with diabetes admitted to our hospital from October 2021 to October 2024,and retrospectively ana-lyzed the clinical data of all patients.Patients with secondary invasive pulmonary fungal infections will be included in the in-fection group, while those without secondary invasive pulmonary fungal infections will be included in the non infection group. The risk factors of invasive pulmonary fungal infection secondary to diabetes were analyzed by single factor and multi factor logistic regression analysis. Results 45 of 150 patients with diabetes had secondary invasive pulmonary fungal infec-tion,accounting for 30.00%(45/150).67 strains of fungi were detected; The highest proportion was Candida albicans, accounting for 41.79%(28/67),followed by Candida albicans, accounting for 20.90%(14/67);There were 105 cases of non secondary invasive pulmonary fungal infections, accounting for 70.00%(105/150).Multivariate logistic regression a-nalysis showed that age≥60 years, duration of diabetes≥10 years, length of stay ≥10 days, glycosylated hemoglobin≥8%,use of antibiotics>14 days, invasive procedures,MAGE≥5.5mmol/L and SD-BG≥2.0mmol/L were the risk factors of in-vasive pulmonary fungal infection secondary to diabetes(P<0.05).Conclusion There are many risk factors in patients with diabetes with secondary invasive pulmonary fungal infection. In clinical practice, antibiotics should be reasonably select-ed,effective treatment measures should be taken to actively control the blood sugar level of patients, and prevention and in-tervention of various risk factors should be strengthened to reduce the occurrence of deep respiratory fungal infection.
