Abstract：Dermatophytosis is the most common infectious disease in dermatology.The traditional anti-dermatophytosis drugs are limited,mainly including azole and acrylamide.The emergence of drug-resistant dermatophytes in recent years has brought serious challenges to the treatment of the disease.Chinese herbal medicine has been used in China for thousands of years,and many active ingredients can effectively inhibit dermatophyton.This paper reviewed the latest research on the antifungal action and potential mechanism of the active components of traditional Chinese medicine against dermatophyton,and introduced the development and application of the active components of traditional Chinese medicine.
