A case of fungal peritonitis caused by Exophiala dermatitidis

Abstract：Report a case of fungal peritonitis in CAPD patient caused by Exophiala dermatitidis.Ed mainly caused skin,subcutaneous tissue,central nervous infection,but rarely was found in human peritonitis infection.The analyzed of characteristic,molecule examination and antifungal susceptibilities of pathogen were carefully performed.The patient showed improved after CAPD was replaced by hemodialysis and oral itraconazole (0.2g/d) treatment.
