Practice Management of Off-label Drug Use Based on Total Quality Management Theory

Abstract：Currently,most medical institutions have not standardized the management of off-label drug use.Using the theory of total quality management,the management system and implementation rules for off-label drug use were jointly formulated with multiple departments of the hospital.The implementation process and quality control of each link were clarified,which has effectively enhanced clinical awareness of off-label drug use and regulated the behavior of off-label drug applications.
