Abstract:Person-centered Pharmaceutical Care constitutes a critical anchor in shaping China's integrated health service system during the 15th Five-Year Plan.Guided by the Gothenburg Model,It identifies three theoretical pillars:effective pharmacist-patient communication, standardized service protocols, and evidence-based decision-making frameworks.Through stakeholder interviews, the research prospectively delineates critical policy dimensions for implementing person-centered integrated service transformation. Finally,it proposes three supporting strategies-cultivating supportive policy environments, optimizing pharmacist training systems, and establishing cross-departmental governance frameworks.
