Abstract：Driven by the background of national policies promoting the high-quality development of public hospitals and the application of"Artificial Intelligence+Healthcare",from the perspective of innovation diffusion theory,it takes the innovation promotion path of the large-model medical record writing system at the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University as a case study.It analyzes the innovation characteristics and dissemination channels,proposes an innovation optimization framework that includes the optimization of innovation characteristics,integration of communication channels,and hospital system support.It systematically explores the pathways for promoting technological innovation in public hospitals,providing a new perspective on the innovation promotion mechanism.
