Abstract：To facilitate secure and efficient circulation and sharing of disease-specific datasets while realizing data value,It employs a linear classification method from the business application perspective.The datasets are categorized into four classifications:basic data,clinical data,follow-up data,and bioinformatics data.For data fields within each category,hierarchical data classification standards for disease-specific datasets were established alongside stratified management strategies.This framework enables secure and efficient data utilization while safeguarding patient rights and privacy,thereby realizing data element value.It provides both reference frameworks and practical experience for classified grading and stratified management of disease-specific data.
