Abstract:Objective To establish quality control indicator system for key diagnosis and treatment behaviors in hematologic diseases, providing a reference for standardizing key diagnosis and treatment behaviors, enhancing process management, and improving overall healthcare quality and safety. Methods A preliminary framework was developed through literature review, policy analysis, and key informant interviews. The Delphi method and Analytic Hierarchy Process were employed to finalize the quality control indicator system and determine weights. Results The response rates for both rounds of expert consultation were 1 00%,with expert authority coefficients of 0.97 and 0.98,respectively.Kendall's Wcoefficient increased from 0.149 to 0.1 57,and all judgment matrices achieved CR<0.1,confirming validity. The final quality control indicator system for key diagnosis and treatment behaviors in hematologic diseases comprised 4 first-level,14 second-level,and 24 third-level indicators. Conclusion The established quality control indicator system identifies key points in the quality management of hematologic diseases, covering high-risk aspects of the diagnostic and treatment process. It demonstrates a certain degree of scientific rigor, feasibility, and practicality. With a high level of consensus among experts and strong credibility,it can serve as a quality evaluation tool for key diagnosis and treatment behaviors in hematologic diseases.
