Abstract:Objective To investigate the current status of satisfaction with collaborative governance of imaging resources in county-level medical consortia, identify the main influencing factors, analyze the differences in satisfaction across various demographic characteristics, and propose data-driven optimization path for governance. Methods A cross-sectional survey design was employed to collect data from 320 medical staff across 30 county-level medical consortia member units in Zunyi City,Guizhou Province. The questionnaire covered satisfaction with collaborative governance and its influencing factors.Data analysis was performed using t-tests,one-way analysis of variance, and multiple linear regression. Results Type of medical and health institution and educational level influenced satisfaction with collaborative governance, staff from county hospitals and those with a bachelor's degree or above reported higher satisfaction score.Multiple linear regression results indicated that institutional uniformity, information system integration, and organizational trust had positive effects on satisfaction(β=0.1 86,0.1 27,and 0.1 90,P<0.01),while effectiveness of incentive mechanisms showed no significant effect(P>0.05).Conclusion Efforts should focus on strengthening institutional standardization, promoting information system integration, and fostering organizational trust.Governance measures should be stratified and optimized according to different medical and health institutions and personnel characteristics to improve the efficient integration and collaborative service capacity of imaging resources in county-level medical consortia.
