Exploring Pathways for the High-Quality Development of Digital Traditional Chinese Medicine Policy System

Abstract：China has entered a new development stage of building a"Digital China",where Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)is facing a historic opportunity to transition from an empirical paradigm to a data-driven model.It refines the conceptual framework of digital TCM,examines the evolution of China's digital TCM policy system,and draws insights from the digital development experiences of traditional medicine in Japan,South Korea and other regions.A five-pronged high-quality development pathway is proposed,integrating"infrastructure consolidation,organizational implementation,technological breakthroughs,process reengineering,and quality control innovation."This approach aims to drive comprehensive upgrades in TCM services,research,and governance through data empowerment,offering a Chinese blueprint for the global digital transformation of traditional medicine.
