Abstract：The development of"one hospital with multiple campuses"serves as a crucial strategy for large public hospitals to expand high-quality medical resources and achieve balanced distribution.Drawing on the organizational life cycle theory,it examines the standardized nursing management practices at Chongqing Medical University Affiliated First Hospital's"One Hospital,Four Branches"model.Through the initial establishment,growth,and maturity period,it innovatively establishes a phased approach to standardized nursing management.The findings summarize practical implementation outcomes,offering actionable recommendations with significant reference value for healthcare institutions.
