Abstract：Against the backdrop of the in-depth advancement of the integration of medical treatment and disease prevention strategy and the increasingly prominent challenges in public health emergency response,it is urgently necessary to build a modern health emergency management system featuring"medical and preventive collaboration and integration".By sorting out the concept,component elements and functional positioning of the emergency management system in public hospitals,it explores the basic framework and key links of the emergency management system in public hospitals,and ensures the effective implementation of the system through multi-dimensional collaborative efforts.
