Research on the Collaborative Evolution of County Medical Communities Based on the SFIC Model

Abstract：The key to strengthen the construction of county medical communities in China is multidimensional synergy.Based on the SFIC model,it deeply analyzes the collaborative dilemmas of county medical community in China from four dimensions:initial conditions,catalytic leadership,institutional design and collaborative process.Specifically,it is manifested as the differentiation of values among the main entities within the county medical community,the uneven catalytic leadership of each levels and entities,vertical and horizontal institutional fragmentation and weak coupling among stakeholders to collaborate.Based on typical regional experiences,for the current dilemma of collaboration in county medical community,it proposes aoptimized paths for the collaborative evolution of tightly integrated county medical community in China.
