Discussion on the Construction of Single Disease Quality Management System Based on Donabedian Theory

Abstract：Single disease quality management is an important starting point for hospitals to improve the level of medical quality management.In response to the fact that a tertiary-level comprehensive hospital in Fujian Province is facing problems,such as outdated evaluation methods,traditional outcome-based quality management,lack of process quality management,insufficient degree of clinical diagnosis and treatment standardization,and low level of information technology.Based on Donabedian's theory of structure-process-outcome three dimensions,explores the construction of a hospital single disease quality management system and achieves initial management results.It also considers the issues that need to be addressed during the construction process and provides suggestions for reference.
