Abstract：Jinhua People's Hospital takes "two increases and five controls" as the the breakthrough,i.e.increasing the fixed assets medical income per 100RMB,increasing national basic drug ratio,controlling the consumption of hygienic materials of per hundred medical income,average cost,drug ratio,antibiotic ratio and average days of hospitalization,to improve the hospital management level.
