Analysis of the Change of Outpatient Income Structure Variation of Country-Level Public Hospitals
Abstract：Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of reform,and provide the references for the reform of urban public hospitals through the analysis of the outpatient income structure in county-level public hospitals in Zhengzhou City.Methods According to the time of the reform of 2013 nodes,using the structure variation degree of two dimensions for outpatient income.Results From 2011 to 2012,there is the biggest change of pilot hospitals.After the reform,there is a positive changes in register,surgery and treatment,and a negative changes in inspection,material and drug.There is a negative changes in register and check,and a positive changes in laboratory,treatment and health material.The biggest pull of growth of outpatient income is checking before the reform,and the operation affect most after the reform.The diagnosis is the biggest pull in non-pilot hospitals.Conclusion The drug,check and material of outpatient income changes in the negative makes the burden of medical for patients relatively ease,and in-depth reform in medical and health field is still necessary to improve the financial compensation and prices of service.
