Investigation and Analysis of Logistics Management in Public Hospitals of China

Abstract：Objective To investigate the status of logistics management,personnel,system and work contents of public hospitals in China,analyze its existing problems,to lay foundation for logistics management standards in the future.Method Through using random sampling method,11 large tertiary comprehensive public hospitals in 7 provinces were used as the research subjects,and the general questionnaire survey was filled out by the hospital logistics leaders.Result Public hospital logistics management mode in China is divided into "great logistics" and "small logistics",the structure of human resources is imbalance and motivation is poor;rules and regulations,and emergency managements are constructed more perfect,but the execution and implement ability need be strengthened.Using energy is safe,green and saving,a multi-level fire safety guard system is built,and logistics service socialization management is realized.Conclusion It is suggested to create a research platform for the gripper hospital logistics management,promote the hospital construction of intelligent logistics,cultivate new type of logistics management personnel,adhere to the five big idea "innovation,coordination,green,open,sharing" to realize the standardized,scientific and refined development of hospital logistics management in China in the future.
