Reflection and Analysis of the Situation of Medical Staff's Long-term Government Funded Overseas Study in the Hospital
Abstract：The situation of medical staff's long-term government funded overseas study in Peking University School of Stomatology for more than three months from 2006 to 2015 is statistically analyzed,including time of staying abroad,purpose of going abroad,accumulation of funds,professional titles and distribution of destinations of overseas study.The characteristics and change tendencies of medical staff's government funded overseas study are summarized.Meanwhile,problems are found,and suggestions and countermeasures are proposed.
