Analysis of Clinical Pathway Cost of Childhood Acute Promyelocyticleukemia
Abstract：Objective To analyze significance of Clinical Pathway by comparing the historical cost and Clinical Pathway cost of childhood acute promyelocytic leukemia,in order to provide decision-making basis for pre-payment system by disease or by disease diagnosis classification.Methods Using expert consultation method and measurement analysis method.Results Mandatory items cost plus 40％ optional items cost of the Clinical Pathway are consistent with the 50％ coverage of the historical cost.The reference total cost standard in "Childhood Acute Promyelocytic Leukemia Clinical Pathway (2016 version) " matches the cost range from mandatory items cost plus 20％ optional items cost to mandatory items cost plus 100％ optional items cost,and covers all the historical cost.Conclusion "Childhood Acute Promyelocytic Leukemia Clinical Pathway (2016 Version) " is relatively scientific and practical,and it can provide basis for medicare reimbursement.
