Function and Application of Hospital Mobile Health App in Outpatient Service
Abstract：Objective To understand the function,application and problems of the hospital mobile health App in outpatient service,and to propose the method of perfecting hospital mobile health App.Methods Taking 57 tertiary hospitals in Beijing Unified Platform for Reservation Registration as objects,and summarizing the function of the hospital mobile health App.Results The opening rate of hospital mobile health App is 26.32％.The function of hospital appointment register opening rate is 84.61％,the navigation in hospital and intelligent triage opening rate is 15.38％,and the opening rate of further consultation with a doctor is only 7.69％.Conclusion App function is basically suitable to the outpatient service,but still needs to be further developed.The development of hospital app needs to meet the demand of hospital and improve its functions to make App more humane.At the same time,the intensity of App promotion needs to be increased.
