Application of Flexible Outpatient Service Model in the Innovation of Hospital Management Model
Abstract：The Third Xiangya Hospital of Central South University established a new outpatient service mode-flexible outpatient service model on the condition of advanced Internet technology and modern hospital management.The flexible outpatient service is a supplement to the existing service,which makes full use of the doctor's spare time.Flexible outpatient service provides a way to teat patients for the inpatient department doctors.Registration can be booked online.The novel service model has been approved by doctors and patients,and is widespread in the community.It relieves the pressure of outpatient to some certain extent,further improves the level of outpatient medical services and quality management,and provides a new approach for modern hospital management.
