Study on the Construction of Performance Assessment Index System of the Regional Vertical Medical Alliance Under Close Cooperation
Abstract：Objective To construct performance assessment index system of the regional vertical medical alliance under close cooperation in Shanghai City.Methods Two rounds of Delphi method were used to realize the process of the inclusion and selection of index system,and the weight of index was calculated by AHP hierarchy process.Results A set of index system was constructed,including 7 primary indexes,13 secondary indexes and 32 three-level indexes,and the corresponding weights were also determined.Conclusion The selection of consultants is representative.There is still controversy about the cost of seeing a doctor in medical alliance.The improvement of the health status of the population in medical.alliance is controversial.
