Practical Exploration on the Reform of Corporate Governance Structure in Dongying People's Hospital
Abstract：As the pilot unit directly related with the State Institution Registration Bureau for corporate governance structure construction and the trial reform unit of public hospitals in Shandong Province,Dongying People's Hospital follows the institution classification reform requirements and public hospital reform requirements.It actively explores in terms of governance mechanism,operation mechanism and guarantee mechanism.It also strives to construct the corporate governance system that suits the practice of hospital development.Since the implementation of the pilot work,the relationship between the government,the Shandong Provincial Hospital and the relevant departments has been preliminarily adjusted.The status of the hospital independent legal person has been solidly built.The reform has achieved remarkable results,which has created valuable experience for the reform of corporate governance structure in public hospitals.
