Development Challenges and Countermeasures of Reform and Development of Public Hospitals in the New Normal Situation
Abstract：The three characteristics of the development of public hospitals in the new normal situation are expounded,including the transformation of the way of development and the speed of development,the adjustment of compensation policy,and the continuing tension of the doctor-patient relationship.The challenges that public hospitals faces nowadays are explored,including gradual disappearance of scale effect,public welfare of public hospitals and the new normal situation of medical fee control.Four ideas of the development of public hospitals are proposed,including (1) defining the development orientation of the hospital accurately,(2) implementing the value-based healthcare,(3) strengthening the internal control in the hospital,(4) building the hospital information system in according with the era of big data.
