Characteristics and Implications of Articles of Incorporation of Mayo Clinic in America
Abstract：The establishment of modern hospital management system is the main goal and core of the reform of public hospitals.The articles of Hospital are the key point of modern hospital management system,and are the guideline of hospital governance and management.The Articles of Incorporation of Mayo Clinic (AIMC) are the embodiment of the legal framework,purpose and mission,legal status and governance structure.By analyzing the text content of the statute of AIMC,the study provides references and implications for the creating articles of hospital in China.
