Investigation and Analysis of the Status Quo of Traditonal Chinese Medicine Nursing Service in 3A Hospitals of Tradtional Chinese Medicine in China
Abstract：Objective To investigate the status quo of TCM nursing service of inpatients in 3A hospitals of TCM.Methods A multicenter stratified random sampling method was used to investigate 24 hours TCM nursing service items and direct nursing hours of 3000 inpatients in 3A hospitals of TCM.Results The overall implementation rate of TCM nursing service in 3A TCM hospitals was 81.2％;the highest rate of the implementation rate was TCM nursing technology(63.0％),the lowest was emotional nursing of TCM(9.7％);according to department and patients' condition,TCM nursing service hours of patients with mild condition were more than serious ones,patients in internal medicine were more than in surgical;TCM nursing technology was time-consuming,so it was high manpower demand.Conclusion The implementation rate of TCM nursing service in 3A hospitals of TCM should be improved,service connotation should be improved,service field should be expanded,and nursing manpower allocation should be further optimized.
