Study on the Measurement of Nursing Workload in Department of Surgery Based on Time Cost Price System
Abstract：Objective To establish a systematic,comprehensive,scientific,quantitative and feasible surgical ward staff workload calculation system.Methods Using the literature research method,brainstorming method,Delphi method,linear weighting method and AHP method.Resuts~ A total of 137 nursing work items were included in the surgical ward workload assessment system to assess the "surgical ward care project relative value unit table".Conclusion "Surgical ward care work project relative value unit table" provides a scientific basis for quantitative management of nursing work.
