Abstract：The method of using internet to take advantages of tertiary psychiatric hospitals is explored.Tertiary psychiatric hospitals expand the service objects,improve the accessibility of mental health services,and realize the mental health care services extension and high-quality medical resources sinking by signing the technical guide agreement with primary health care institutions and internet plus,to explore a new type integrated management mode of mental diseases prevention,treatment and rehabilitation based on the psychiatric specialized hospitals.
