Impact of Electronic Medical Records Management Practices (Trial) on the Legal Effectiveness of Electronic Medical Records
Abstract：Objective To explore the legal status of electronic medical records,and to analyze the impact of the new standard on the legal validity of Electronic Medical Records Management Practices (Trial)(EMR) as evidence.Method Comparing two specifications and doing analysis combined with the existing legal analysis.Results There is more legal effect of EMR,which makes the medical record more legalized.Conclusion The legal effect of EMR depends on material basis,awareness of concept and external environment in many aspects.
