Analysis of Delphi Method on the Elements of No-fault Compensation System of Medical Injuries in China
Abstract：Objective In view of the deficiency of current compensation system,to explore relevant opinions about the designation of no-fault compensation system of medical injuries in China,to provide advice on constructing system.Methods Using Delphi method to consult 30 experts for two rounds,and collecting opinions through qualitative interview.Results In the first round,the coordination coefficients of importance and feasibility are 0.158 and 0.069 respectively,and the variable coefficients of some factors are higher than 0.25.In the second round,the coordination coefficients are 0.523 and 0.508 respectively,and the variable coefficients of all factors are lower than 0.25.Conclusion The consistency of the expert opinions on system designation is good and reliable,which can provide reference for introducing no-fault compensation system.
