Abstract：Improving and accelerating the implementation of the hierarchical medical services can't be separated from the support of information technology.The paper elaborates the concept and current situation of hierarchical medical services in China;and from the perspective of family doctor,basic initial diagnosis and dual referral,hierarchical diagnosis and treatment process is analyzed.And the application of information technology in the hierarchical medical services process is discussed.
