Role of QC Activity in Improving the Specification of the Tools of Quality Control
Abstract：Based on standard establishment of quality control group for the department,the PDCA concept is employed to continuously improve the concept by combining with classic management tools so that the consciousness of quality control group is enhanced.During the five years,PDCA-SDCA culture of the department is gradually formed,which helps to attain certain achievements in securing medical quality and safety,and promoting patients' satisfaction.
