Correlation Study on Payment Satisfaction, Psychological Reward Satisfaction and Turnover Intention of Nurses
Abstract：Objective To explore the correlation of payment satisfaction,psychological reward satisfaction and turnover intention of nurses.Methods Using general situation questionnaire,Payment Satisfaction Questionnaire(PSQ),Psychological Reward Satisfaction Scale (PReSS) and Turnover Intention Questionnaire(TIQ).A questionnaire survey was carried on 538 nurses,and a statistical analysis was conducted.Results Payment satisfaction (β=-0.543,P＜ 0.001) and psychological reward satisfaction (β=-0.159,P＜0.001)are both predicting factors of nurses turnover intention.Conclusion Payment satisfaction and psychological reward satisfaction are significantly associated with turnover intention of nurses.And the influence of payment satisfaction on nurses turnover intention is greater than psychological reward satisfaction.
