Application of Inter-clinic Automatic Appointment Model in the Ultrasonic Examination Appointment
Abstract：Objective To describe and analyze the influence of inter-clinic automatic appointment on ultrasonic examination appointment.Methods A survey of 187 and 160 patients before and after the adjustment was conducted.Two independent-samples t-test was used in the research.Results Queue times for 81.0％ of patients are reduced by once.Waiting time of lining up for appointment is shortened by 23.6 minutes (P＜0.05).Waiting time before the ultrasonic examination is shortened by 7.0 minutes (P＜0.05).Conclusion Inter-clinic automatic appointment model optimizes ultrasonic examination appointment service,and shortens the waiting time of lining up.This model can also be applied to the appointment of other medical examinations.
