Model Construction on the New Health Technology Translation and Adoption Based on the Perspective of Hospital Managers
Abstract：Objective To systematically evaluate the adoption,utilization and management,assessment and feedback of new health technology.Methods Qualitative information was received from 1～1.5 hours of semi-structured interviews of 53 hospital managers,and attribute classification analysis was also used in the study.Results Factors taken into consideration in hospital introduction process of new health technology involved technology attributes and evidence,impact on physicians,impact on hospitals,policy impact and impact on physician-patient relationship.And by attribute classification analysis,the introduction process and management,assessment and feedback were also obtained in the study.Conclusion Tertiary hospitals and secondary hospitals have basically formed a set of new technology introduction and management feedback mechanism.And in the introduction process of new health technology,policy factors play a very important role.
