Establishment and Implementation of Professional Technical Posts in Public Hospitals Based on Division of Labor
Abstract：Public hospitals set up posts,and the full employment has been implemented for many years.Because many hospitals in operation focus on the title structure,the phenomenon is that "title" is "post".There is lack of the evaluation of the post design value.Based on the "division of labor" position setting method,transformation of the title is made.In a post treatment execution,"title" is just a sign of the post treatment stage rather than the job itself.
