Study on Workload Calculation of Bone Surgery Project Based on RBRVS Theory
Abstract：Objective Based on the framework of RBRVS theory,through the evaluation of the evaluation of the operation of bone surgery,the comprehensive ranking of various operations is obtained,which provides technical support for the accurate quantification of doctors' work and reasonable distribution of performance payment.Methods Through using the method of literature and expert consultation,55 kinds of operation items were selected and identified,the consultation table was compiled,and the operation cost and risk degree of the operation were evaluated by Delphi.Results After two rounds of Delphy consultation,expert opinion tends to be consistent,because Kendall cooperation index is greater than 0.7.Conclusion The comprehensive score of the selected operation workload has a certain reference value for the accurate calculation of the doctors' workload in the hospital.
