Two-way Referral Model Based on Telemedicine Platform
Abstract：In order to better respond to the two-way referral "up and down linkage" policy,the hospital has began the construction of the "internet two-way referral model based on telemedicine platform" since 2016.Through establishing the "two-way referral" office,constructing a referral docking mechanism,integrating with telemedicine,improving the medical referral communication and optimizing concrete measures regarding two-way referral,referral range is covered extensively,the function of telemedicine is prominent,a more reasonable disease structure is constructed and frequency of up and down linkage is increased.
