Obstacle Factors of Health Insurances Integration in China Based on Principal Component Analysis and Cluster Analysis
Abstract：Objective Integration of urban and rural health care,deepening reform has become the main theme in today's reform tide.To classify the problems appeared in the process of integrated health care system and identify the main barrier factors in China.Methods Using the method of principal component analysis and cluster analysis to analyze the results of the survey.Results Through using the method of factor analysis,the paper classifies 26 specific indicators of problems and extracts three common factors,then synthesizes the results of cluster analysis in order to conclude the main barrier.Conclusion The main barrier factors in the process of integrated health care systems are divided into three categories,namely cost,system design,supervision,and pieces of advice on these problems are provided.
