Analysis of the Development of Physician Group Under the Current Personnel Management System
Abstract：With the further opening of physicians' multi-sited license and the changes of personnel development system environment,the physician hospital partnership is constantly emerging.It can boost the reform of the health care and thepersonnel system of institution.Through regarding personnel system as starting point,the paper analyzes strengths and weaknesses,opportunities and challenges,and puts forward corresponding strategy suggestions,including promoting the professional title appraisal in the name of doctor group,adding physician liability insurance and perfecting medical insurance engagement.
