Construction of Stratified Post Quantified Assessment Model for Surgeons in the Large Public Hospital
Abstract：Background and necessity for carrying out the quantified post assessment for surgeons in large public hospitals are expounded.The basic idea and specific practice of the stratified and quantified assessment model is described.And the achievement on promoting the performance on clinical medical,scientific research and clinical teaching is analyzed based on data.That quantified post assessment can promote the development of discipline is illuminated.
