Study on Performance Evaluation Index System of Hospitals Directly Under and Managed by National Health and Family Planning Commission Delivered Hospitals
Abstract：Objective To establish the Performance Evaluation Index System of hospitals directly under and managed by National Health and Family Planning Commission.Methods Reviewing the literature of the performance evaluation index of the hospitals,consulting the experts and doing design structured interview,and designing questionnaire for expert advice.Results According to the requirement of new medical and health reform and the function of hospitals directly under and managed by National Health and Family Planning Commission,evaluation index system is initially formulated.Conclusion The establishment of index system should fully consider the object of study,the direction of government on this stage and the connotation of indicators.
