Study on the Operating Mechanism of Spontaneous Type Medical Alliance: A Case Study of the Medical Allinace of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University
Abstract：The paper adopts the research method of grounded theory of qualitative research,uses NVIVO11 quality research software on the operation mechanism of the Medical Alliance of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University,which is the typical representative of spontaneous medical consortium in China.It is found that the four main mechanisms of the alliance are the cause of "spontaneous voluntary","consultation and negotiation" cooperation mechanism,the mechanism of the participation of the third party,and the link between formal and informal relations.The spontaneous medical alliance plays a positive role in promoting the scientific allocation of regional medical resourcing,in the formation of a reasonable and orderly classification of diagnosis and treatment,and in the ability of enhancing the basic services.
