Analysis of the Model of Hospital Management Center Based on Separation of Management from Enforcement
Abstract：The establishment and development of a hospital management center based on the separation of management from enforcement is an important way to implement the basic principles in the modern hospital management system.The article clarifies that the combination of the management and enforcement is one of the most difficult problems need to be solved in public hospital reform.It shows that setting up a hospital management center is not only an important method to achieve the separation of management from enforcement affaires,but also a concrete measure for the completion of corporate governance under the modern hospital management system.It proves that it is important to set up and develop a hospital management center.The paper analyzes the two main governance modes of the hospital management center,clarifies the job orientation of the hospital management center,and puts forward the development direction of the hospital management center under the modern hospital management system with Chinese characteristics in the new period.
